We understand that life happens and schedules change. Your appointments are very important to us, and are reserved especially for you. If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us we require a 24 hours advance notice. This allows our team of professionals to adjust their schedules accordingly and able to accommodate clients on our wait list. If last minute cancellations or “no-shows” become a habit you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of your scheduled appointment.

Salon di Moda requires a 50% deposit for all hair extensions and extended color/correction services.

PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return any unopened hair care product for a 100% refund or an exchange within 10 days of purchase.

Due to the artistic nature of our job, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. Due to many unforeseen variables, sometimes things do not go as expected and or the desired results can be miscommunicated. No matter what, our guests’ satisfaction is our number one priority.

However, if you are not satisfied with your service, Salon di Moda will gladly make it right at no additional charge provided it is within 48 hours from your original service with your original stylist.
